Finian Lobhar was an early Irish saint, commonly referred to as Saint Finian the Leper.
He was born in Bregia, Leinster, Ireland. He is credited with founding the monastery at Innisfallen in Killarney[1]. Later he became abbot of Swords Abbey near Dublin[2].
